We are Independent Financial Advisers who just happen to be very good at Pensions.

Our aim is for all of our clients to secure their financial future in a way that is appropriate for them. This may involve Pension Products but very often it involves a wide range of things from the sale of their business to securing a retirement income. We see it as our job to deliver the pension and retirement planning advice required to help you make the investment decisions that are the most tax efficient and flexible for you.

Recognising a need in the market Mark Abley founded The Pension Review Service in 2008. With an extensive background in pension advice Mark realised that a number of large companies had simply closed to new pension business or retreated from the advice market leaving their clients in limbo often with poor performing and high charging plans.

The Pension Review Service was set up to help people understand their Pension arrangements and to offer pension and retirement advice. We have been doing this successfully and now have area managers covering most parts of the UK.

Mark Abley

As Managing Director Mark has 25 years financial services experience with a broad knowledge of specialist pension arrangements. Before founding the PRS he spent time with both National and Regional Independent Financial advice firms in senior management positions.

Barry Edney

Barry is our Regional Manager in the South of England. His background is Financial Services Management and Recruitment. Barry’s expertise lies in his management style and recruitment skills.
